Job Description: Provide management with monthly metrics on the health of inventory: on hand vs sales forecast, slow moving inventory, inventory by location, etc. Maintain all aspects of cost accounting including standard setting for: labor, overhead, material, and time studies Perform detailed cost accounting research on monthly production variances Process costing transactions within Oracle on a monthly basis Perform monthly journal entries to capitalize production variances Partner with supply chain to manage inventory levels to meet sales forecast Partner with supply chain on cost savings initiatives Work with cross functional teams on ERP enhancements Assist controller in implementing companywide best practices Complete all monthly journal entries for inventory & cost accounting (i.e. capitalization of production variances, COGS overhead allocation, etc.) Requirements: Experience working with cross functional teams Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems (Oracle) preferred Consumer packaged goods and ecommerce experience a plus Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience REF# 40015
