Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, International Tax.
Key Responsibilities
Review foreign income tax provisions for US GAAP and IFRS, ensuring
overall reasonableness and compliance
Assist with managing and reviewing local country tax returns, US
international tax compliance, and reporting
Develop tax modeling for specific markets and assist with special
projects, including M&A and tax audit defense
Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or Economics;
Master's/Post Graduate Degree preferred
CPA (or equivalent) with public or private accounting experience
preferred
2-4 years of experience in international tax preferred
Prior experience leading/managing direct reports and external
consultants
