Specialist (Temp, Potential for Extension or Permanent) Location:
Gardena, CA Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour Duration: December 1st, 2025
– January 30th, 2026 (with potential for extension or permanent
hire) Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Accounts
Payable Specialist to join a dynamic team on a temporary basis,
with the potential to extend past January 30th, 2026, or transition
into a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle AP
experience, a background with large ERP systems, and a strong
commitment to teamwork, reliability, and professionalism. Key
Responsibilities: Process and manage full-cycle accounts payable
transactions, including invoice receipt, verification, coding, and
payment processing. Utilize large ERP systems to track and manage
AP transactions. Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of
payments to vendors. Work closely with other teams to resolve any
payment discrepancies or issues. Prepare reports and assist with
month-end close processes. Maintain organized records of all
accounts payable documentation. Communicate professionally with
internal teams and external vendors to resolve any outstanding
issues. Requirements: Proven experience in full-cycle accounts
payable . Strong proficiency with large ERP systems (experience
with systems like MAS90, Oracle, or similar is a plus).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management
skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Professional demeanor with a reliable and dedicated work ethic.
Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Initial onsite training
for the first couple of weeks, followed by hybrid work (3 days in
the office, 2 days remote) Standard business hours (Monday to
