Job Description Job Description Company Description pay rate: $75,000 – $80,000 (DOE) Experience: 5 – 7 years Korean Bilingual preferred Job Description Accounting & Finance Support Assist with day-to-day accounting operations including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Payroll Prepare and organize data for month-end and year-end closing processes Support the preparation of financial statements and internal reports by entering and reviewing accounting data Use QuickBooks to record transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate basic financial reports Operations & Data Management Support Support the integration of accounting data with sales, purchasing, and inventory records Maintain organized financial and operational documentation, ensuring data accuracy and completeness Assist with internal accounting process improvements by providing operational support and feedback Team Collaboration & Communication Support senior accountants and managers by completing assigned tasks accurately and on time Collaborate with the accounting team and other departments to share information and coordinate workflows Assist with basic internal communication, emails, and documentation in English and Korean as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of accounting or finance-related experience Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes Experience using QuickBooks Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
