Maintenance Technician Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and
skilled Maintenance Person to oversee the upkeep and repair of our
facilitys infrastructure. This role includes performing routine
maintenance tasks, responding to repair requests, and ensuring the
overall safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the building and
equipment. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and
repairs on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
Install, inspect and troubleshoot issues with appliances, fixtures
or equipment in the apartments and building. Ability to repair
broken screens. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work
orders from staff or management. Fill out all work orders upon
completion. Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment in good working
order. Keep Maintenance storage and supply rooms in order. Conduct
regular inspections of the facility to identify potential issues.
Perform minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs, as needed.
Assist with setup and breakdown of rooms or equipment for events or
meetings, when needed. Responsible for creating turn sheets and
fixing all maintenance repair items for turn apartments (where
tenant has moved out and new tenant will be moving in).
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical
training or certification a plus. Proven experience as a
maintenance worker or similar role. Basic understanding of
electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Ability to handle tools and
equipment safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and
attention to detail. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy
objects or work in awkward positions. Good communication and
organizational skills to interact with tenants and staff. Likes to
fix and repair things. MUST live within 15-20 minutes of Anaheim
Hills. Working Conditions: May be required to work evenings,
weekends, or on-call shifts. Work may involve exposure to loud
noises, dust, chemicals, or other hazards. Frequently requires
standing, walking, climbing ladders, and working in confined
spaces.
