Job Description Job Description Assistant Project Manager Assistant Project Manager Position Overview The Assistant Project Manager will support the project management team in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. The role involves coordinating project activities, assisting with budgeting and scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating project schedules and budgets Collaborate with project team members to ensure project milestones are achieved Maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence Support the Project Manager in monitoring project progress and identifying risks Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate project operations Assist in preparing project status reports and presentations for stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field 2 years of experience in project management or construction roles Familiarity with commercial construction processes and multifamily projects Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in project management software and tools Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction Benefits - Competitive base bonus - Full Medical, life insurance etc. - 401K with company match - PTO Vacation Sick time - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
