  • Aerospace manufacturing backgroundJob DetailsPlan, direct and coordinate manufacturing engineering projects in a build-to-order production environment. Interface with customers, other engineers and shop floor personnel to determine most effective manufacturing methods.Essential FunctionsDesign and develop processes/procedures in a job-shop environment including:Tooling requirements for formed, machined and welded metal components including fixtures for welding, machining, assembly and inspection.Develop, analyze and improve Bills-Of-Material (BOM's) manufacturing planning and work instructionsInterface with customers on part requirements and specificationsProvide job estimates for customer request-for-quotes (RFQ's)Analyze and plan work force utilization and workflow for maximum efficiencyWork with planning and design staff to ensure efficient production methodsEstimate production times, staffing requirements and related costsWe can offer you the opportunity to work with State-of-the-Art Clients making a meaningful impact on today's society and the next generation!
