SUMMARY: We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager that will take the lead on all DTC lifecycle marketing development and implementation, while maximizing acquisition, retention, and conversion. They will also be responsible for the measurement of the email marketing program as well as other loyalty marketing initiatives.

  • Report to and work with the Director of Digital on maximizing customer lifetime value through email marketing, mobile messaging, rewards program, and website optimization.
  • Devise strategies and execute online marketing campaigns to increase traffic and new to brand customer acquisition through paid, owned and earned media channels at every point in the conversion funnel.
  • Develop a robust, best-in-class email marketing program designed to drive engagement and sales through triggered, transactional, and marketing communications.
  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing programs and workflows.
  • Manage day-to-day Email, SMS, and other remarketing channels.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs for acquisition and retention marketing channels; lead teams in identifying areas of opportunity to improve performance.
  • Maintain eCommerce marketing calendar, partnering with Merchandising & Creative to identify key marketing stories and assets needed in advance of activation.
  • Managing day to day relationships with marketing agencies and affiliate programs.
    • 5+ years experience in a lifecycle or growth marketing role, familiar with the standard methodologies of email/SMS channels, understanding lifecycle marketing and user journey optimization, growth marketing, and performance marketing.
    • Experience in analyzing raw data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations
    • Strong attention to detail with experience in proper campaign set-up and QA execution
    • Experience managing sizable budgets and driving growth.
    • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Looker to ensure ad platforms and internal data tools have reliable data for analysis
    • Highly collaborative with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
