Job Description:
A company is looking for a North America Export Manager to lead
the US Export program and ensure compliance with export
regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures for
export activities
Plan and implement trade system solutions to manage daily
operations in compliance with local regulations
Oversee export registrations, permits, and licenses, ensuring
accuracy and quality control
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least seven years of
compliance export experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. Global Trade Regulations, including
EAR
In-depth understanding of USMCA and TAA/BABA
Detailed knowledge of global Due Diligence regulations
Working knowledge of SAP/GTS
