Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Data and
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of the data strategy to
align with company goals
Build scalable data models, dashboards, and pipelines while
delivering actionable insights
Lead the development of value-based care models and collaborate
with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or data
engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Experience in high-growth environments, preferably in digital
health or healthcare services
Strong understanding of healthcare metrics and value-based care
models
Hands-on expertise with data tools such as Postgres, Snowflake, and
dbt
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field like Data
Science or Computer Science
