Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager to
strategize and execute CRM programs for customer retention and
engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement CRM strategies for DTC brands based on
analytics
Manage loyalty programs and oversee email and SMS communication
calendars
Collaborate with various teams to enhance brand initiatives and
track key performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Experience in developing and executing CRM strategies across
multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from
customer data
Experience with CRM platforms such as Yotpo, Klaviyo, and
Attentive
Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus
