A company is looking for a Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager
to drive strategic initiatives and optimize marketing
performance.
Key Responsibilities
Own marketing planning and forecasting, including pipeline targets
and campaign forecasting
Deliver actionable insights through data analysis to support
marketing strategies and channel optimization
Evaluate campaign effectiveness through performance metrics and
buyer journey analytics
Required Qualifications
4-6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy, or
business planning
Strong understanding of the B2B lead-to-opportunity pipeline and
sales lifecycle
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and
cross-functional teams
Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with marketing tech
stack
