Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Internal Communications
Manager to enhance internal storytelling and strategic programs for
employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the internal communications strategy to
foster clarity and alignment
Plan and facilitate company-wide meetings, including All-Team and
Town Hall events
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape narratives and
improve internal communication channels
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in internal communications or organizational
change at a tech company
Experience managing internal communications programs for global and
remote teams
Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack, GSuite, and
Zoom
Experience working with Marketing, Operations, or People teams
Ability to advise executives and translate strategy into compelling
messaging
