Key Responsibilities
Create a vision for the health plan team to navigate industry
changes and leverage innovation
Develop and execute market-specific strategies for sustainable and
profitable growth
Build and maintain relationships with key government sector
customer groups and providers
Required Qualifications
10+ years of successful leadership experience in managing
people
10+ years of P&L and budgeting experience, along with strategic
planning
Expert proficiency in a fast-paced matrix organization with an
enterprise focus
7+ years of experience with community-based organizations and
Medicaid systems
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with external
partners
