Tele Med Surg Travel RN --- Plan, execute, and evaluate patient care plans in consultation with the health care team. --- Evaluate medical information and provide direct care to pre- and post-surgery patients. --- Monitor patients' vitals and report adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner. --- If necessary, respond to medical emergency and alert appropriate team members. --- Flexibility to travel to the assignment location. --- Availability to work the facility's required schedule. --- Willingness to complete onboarding items in a timely manner. --- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and strive for the highest quality of patient care. --- Also referred to as: tele m/s registered nurse, tele medical surgical nurse, telemetry nurse, telemetry medical surgical nurse, telemetry med surg nurse.
