Responsibilities: • Deliver quality patient care in a busy ER. • Manage patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:6. • Float to different units as needed. • Use Epic EMR system. Qualifications: • Active CA RN License. • 3 years of ER experience. • ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications. • COVID•19 vaccination NOT required. • Epic experience preferred. Schedule: • 13 or 26•week assignments. • 36 hours/week, 3 x 12•hour night shifts. • Limited RTO: Max 2 days/month, none in early October.
