Polysomnographic / Sleep Tech Location: Los Angeles, CA Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,280 to $1,440 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Weekly Pay: $1280 - $1440/Weekly, Pay Rate: $32.00 - $36.00/Hourly, Shift: Night 4x10-Hour, Duration: 13 weeks contract, Summary: The Polysomnographer / Sleep Technologist conducts overnight sleep studies to diagnose and treat sleep disorders. This role involves patient monitoring, data acquisition, troubleshooting, and collaboration with sleep physicians to ensure accurate diagnostic results and effective patient care. Responsibilities: Apply and remove electrodes and sensors according to established protocols. Monitor patients throughout sleep studies and identify sleep stages, events, and abnormalities. Troubleshoot equipment, signal quality, and patient-related issues during studies. Ensure patient comfort, safety, and education throughout the testing process. Requirements Requirements: 2 - Year experience Required, Epic experience Preferred, BLS Certification, RCP License, RPSGT, RPSGT or RRT With Sleep Disorders Specialist (SDS) Required.
