Position Highlights: - Become part of a successful group practice with two office locations (Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez Valley) - Full spectrum of adult and pediatric otolaryngology services, including sinus, ear, laryngeal, and pediatric cases - Opportunity to grow a busy practice with a large referral base from neighboring counties - Flexible scheduling, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance - Autonomy in managing your schedule and participation in key decision-making processes Qualifications: - BC/BE in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery - Strong interpersonal, communication, bedside, and dedicated surgical skills - Commitment to excellence in patient care and interest in community engagement - Technically competent to manage basic otolaryngology as well as medium difficulty head and neck cases including parotidectomy - Subspecialty interests (e.g., HNS, Otology, Laryngology, Rhinology, Pediatrics) are welcome, though not required - Should be willing to perform all general otolaryngology procedures - Must be comfortable networking with referring providers We Offer: - Competitive base salary with generous production incentives for the first 2-3 years - Reasonable call schedule (1:6) with potential for additional paid call shifts - Comprehensive benefits, including paid malpractice, CME, and professional dues - 401K/Profit Sharing plan - Opportunity for ASC Partnership/Investment - State-of-the-art office and surgical facilities - Career placement assistance for your spouse/partner, if applicable - Base salary $360k-$460k with additional production incentives About Our Practice: Our independently owned, full-spectrum private practice is dedicated to providing top-quality care with a team-oriented approach.
