with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments Create
and implement personalized care plans Collaborate with team members
to ensure quality outcomes Maintain documentation to meet all
regulatory requirements Ensure all required physician orders are
obtained and up to date Act as a leader/mentor in your specific
discipline. Assume job responsibilities of the rehab supervisor in
his/her absence Qualifications: Degree from an APTA-accredited
Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT) Current license as
Physical Therapist in the state of practice Strong communication
