Job Description:
Job DescriptionPosition Summary Handle all incoming calls from
both internal and external customers. Assist with delivery
discrepancies and schedules, customer inquiries, running various
reports including delivery manifest. Essential functions
- Handle all incoming calls regarding customer service issues
including requests for warranty inspections and warranty
results.
- Will make timely responses to customer complaints and follow-up
when necessary to insure complete customer satisfaction.
- Responds to inventory issues by warehouse personnel requiring
search in the computer, pulling paperwork or contacting
customers.
- Resolves delivery discrepancies in reference to issues with
quality of the product or incomplete deliveries with the assistance
of DSI.
- Processes invoices from previous day's completed
deliveries.
- Manifest will be completed and scanned daily. Contact customers
as needed to schedule deliveries and/or to address any concerns
that may be noted on the manifest.
- Assists sales staff with various order issues, i.e. order
changes, customer inquires or delivery dates.
- Processes exchange requests for defective, warranty or comfort
exchanges called in by store or customer.
- Customer Service Dept. Reports and projects assigned
individually as needed including UPS, Refusal report and Open Truck
report.
- Updates Open Order Reports by researching current status of
orders through the computer, paperwork and contacting customer
and/or sales person.
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the
company's discretion. Competencies

- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook,

- No direct supervisory responsibilities.Work environment
- Typical office environment with standard equipment and
tasks.
- Position requires work at a computer/video display terminal and
desk for extensive periods of time.
- Must Be Willing to Work Overtime, Holidays and Rotating
Shifts.Physical demands
- The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a
safe manner is required for this position this position.
- Requires regular
twisting/turning/squatting/bending/reaching/lifting and prolonged
periods at a stationary/mobile work station.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds.
- Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 20 pounds with
appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Sit ‘n

- 2+ years Customer Service and/or Call Center experience
- Basic computer knowledgeExperience
