About this opportunity

You will be responsible for the Supasmooth running of the shift at the Supacolor production facility. You will work with and assist the team leaders, ensuring the flow remains Supafast and Supaeasy. You are a leader, managing performance and productivity, ensuring the team are working together in a seamless manner with pace. Your role is a hands on one, getting involved and leading from the front. You help solve problems and keep the team on track. You also have the vision and feel to diffuse future problems before they happen. With a calm, solutions focused mindset you will tackle problems head on and fast, you understand urgency and how to communicate effectively to harness the positive energy that is all around us. You are adaptable and stay ahead by seeing the opportunities presented as this is simply in your DNA along with a logical and methodical approach.

What you'll do:

Work with the Supasite Leader to achieve desired outcomes.Making sure production standards are followed and ensuring output is accurate and high qualityManaging Monday and the Job List to schedule production and beat deadlines.Ensure that all departments are ahead of the game.Hunting for jobs that are late or are going to have issues.Troubleshooting where necessaryMaking sure that your team has everything they need to succeedOversee training and development of team membersYou support the people to make sure they have what they need to be successfulInfluence the Supateam to buy into the SupacultureObserve and promote safe work practicesWhat You'll have:

4 Years of leadership/production experienceYou are fluent in all aspects of screen printing - from and operational and a production standpoint.You lead people naturally.Understand a factory workflow and impacts.The ability to connect with a broad range of people.
