FashionPass is an online, subscription-based clothing and accessory rental service for women. We are revolutionizing the retail industry as we know it and we are on a mission to empower women to look and feel like the best version of themselves one outfit at a time.We are looking for a passionate Assistant Merchandiser committed to delivering an incredible rental experience for our members. You will be the members trusted site merchandiser and navigator responsible for; surfacing the best of the best product as soon as it becomes available, helping members more easily access what they are looking for, and ensuring that as much in stock product is displayed at all times. You will be a critical asset in contributing to the future growth of the company. This position will report to our Creative Director.What Youll Do:

• Support in all site merchandising tasks.
• Improve product tagging within collections.
• Manage and maintain all products sitting in trend and occasion shops.
• Prepare trend collections that are directed by management.
• Ensure the strongest product is visible to our members while also ensuring landing pages are visually appealing.
• Work closely with the Buying Team so that you are well informed with key trends and products for the season.
• Assist with additional ad hoc projects related to the Buying and Marketing teams.Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree preferred, specifically in merchandising or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask while staying organized while under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, team player with a positive, can-do, always learning attitude.
  • Proficiency with Gmail, G-Suite, Excel, & PowerPoint required.
  • Must enjoy working in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Interest in womens fashion is preferred.
  • Must be able to commute to South Los Angeles.Pay Range:
