Job Description:
A company is looking for a Government Recruiter responsible for
expanding and maintaining a physician panel to meet client and
operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leads to identify and recruit new physicians
while managing onboarding and compliance
Maintain accurate physician profiles and oversee payment recoups to
ensure contract compliance
Assist in training and coaching Network Specialists, contributing
to team performance and special projects
Required Qualifications
Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is
preferred
Ability to manage end-to-end onboarding processes for
physicians
Experience in negotiating agreements and managing compliance
Technical proficiency to assist with onboarding and system access
instructions
