Position:Japanese Bilingual Research ConsultantWork Location:--Torrance, CAWork Hours:Flextime (Regular Business Hours 9am-6pm)ESSENTIAL JOBDUTIES AND FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:--- Consulting Japanese corporations to establish,run, and improve their US business.--- Acting as a liaison between Japanesecorporations and U.S. government for compliance.--- Researching and reporting to the project managerfor regulations such as FDA, EPA, USDA and etc. --- Preparing scientific and regulatory documents(e.g. clinical protocols, investigator's brochures, informed consent forms,annual reports, investigational new drug applications, new drug applications,regulatory correspondence, and clinical summary reports)--- Preparing investigator/medicaldevice/pharmaceutical company meeting minutes required--- Analyzing pre-clinical and clinical data,prepare reports--- Performing literature searches and extractinformation to support regulatory documents--- Providing regulatory consulting to clientcompanies--- Conducting researches to acquire knowledge aboutmedical products/ equipment, food, and chemical products.--- Consulting, planning, creating documents (includingtranslation), proposing to government authorities, owning the projectmanagement in new product launch in the US market for clients.--- Assisting in creating product launch strategies,development roadmaps, and commercialization master plans, etc.--- Negotiating and communicating with clientcompanies in Japan and the U.S.--- Supporting clients for new product registrationand renewal by being a contact point to the regulatory authorities--- Preparing various regulatory documents andproviding advice--- Acting as an agent to respond to laws andregulations related to medical device deployment in the U.S.--- Providing communication and coordinationinternally at the company's U.S. and Japan offices--- Researching and collecting information regardingexport regulations from Japan to the U.S.Qualifications: Master's Degree or equivalent with 2 ormore years of relevant work experience in consulting, intangible B2B sales etc.Academic or professionalbackground in science (medical device, pharmaceutical, biochemistry, molecularbiology) is highly preferred but not mandatory.
