You are even willingly to dive into the graphic design queue and churn out a few fun advertising creatives to help in between your UX /UI deliverables and management obligations. As an UI-UX Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be designing ideas using various methods and latest technology as well as designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets.Responsibilities:Leadership - team leadership, mentorship, design workflow ownershipStrategy & execution for product design across multiple platforms and brandsOversight of all the design needs including UI/UX strategy and execution for web and mobile properties plus sales marketing collateral domestically and international.Managing expectations and delivery across product, engineering & marketingConceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to our products through hi-fidelity storyboards, wireframes, prototypes and visual compsHands-on web and mobile UI/UX design, wireframing, prototypingStrategies and design execution across multiple platforms and for providing leadership and mentorship to your growing design teamPlan and implement new designsOptimize existing user interface designsTest for intuitively and experienceCommunicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectivesDevelop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutionsCombine creativity with an awareness of the design elementsCreate prototypes for new product ideasTest new ideas before implementingConduct an ongoing user researchBasic Qualifications:5years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar roleUI design portfolioBachelor's degree in relevant fieldExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to discuss and explain design optionsDetail orientedCritical thinkerProblem solver and customer-centeredKnowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver3years of experience with HTML5 & CSS3Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.UX and UI design in B2C/B2BMobile (iOS and Android) and web product designCustomer interviews, user stories, personas, and user testing platforms/servicesUser Flows, wireframes, prototypesElegant, clean, modern visual designExpert proficiency in Figma, including building components in multiple Figma design systemsProficiency in other tools for design and rapid prototypingAbility to solve problems creatively and effectivelyUp-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologiesExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development processExperience with, and a solid understanding of responsive design, mobile to desktop adaptationAn optimistic attitude such that you see everyone for their strengths and potentialYou are self-sufficient and take on 100% responsibilityPreferred Qualifications:10 years experience in sales or product-related management positions, preferably in consumer engagement and consumer experience.Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Design, Engineering, or an equivalent in working experience.PerksBenefits:Stock options for every employee Healthcaredentalvision benefits (Free for you/discounted for family) 401(k) options Engineering orientationonboarding Daily catered lunches onsite (nominal cost) Healthy snacksbeverages 24/7 Relocation assistancereimbursement Free parkingcarpool reimbursement Casual dress coderelaxed work environment Culturally diverse, progressive atmosphere "Soul of Faraday" community outreach teamSDL2017
