Your Role:

As the Business Development Director, you'll be working with some of the industry's brightest minds to partner with extraordinary organizations and teams to make next generation mobility world become a reality. You'll ensure that FF's product and technology reach beyond the company and create significant impact on the mobility industry through partnerships with innovative and influential parties. You will work directly with VPs and C-level executive and cross-functional teams to drive FF's business growth and will serve as a key member of a world-wide strategic partnership team.


  • Lead B2B business development, account planning, pipeline development, pursuit team assembly and opportunity to drive BD opportunities
  • Define a vision and engagement strategy for ecosystem B2B partners across the family of FF technologies, products, and solutions
  • Be responsible for the leadership of B2B partnership in geography/industry/solutions to drive growth and revenue and archive B2B annual target
  • Conduct potential partners outreach in target accounts within assigned industry, regions, and solutions
  • Develop research, engagement, and implementation of the win/win B2B partnership projects
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, engineers, developers, marketers, and other related parties
  • Build market awareness and recognition of FF B2B business and technology leadership


  • Master's degree from a top tier university or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability
  • 10+ years of experience in automotive, technologies or Internet companies, specialized in corporate development, business development, sales or partnership with sharp business acumen, deep insights in the next generation mobility ecosystem, and a strong desire to be an innovator not a follower
  • Solid network across automotive/technology/Internet clients and leadership
  • Relentless hands-on problem-solver, unafraid of challenging the status quo
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly, while maintaining organization and control
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night/weekend shifts, to achieve organizational goals under demanding time frame
