located in Gardena, who have been in the hair/beauty industry for
30 years. We are looking for a positive and energetic person to
join our Customer Service/Sales team. The right candidate for this
position is a self starter who loves building relationships with
customers and isn---t afraid to network. They also must be open to
learning more about hair and its products (ie. wigs, extensions,
and accessories). Knowledge of Netsuite software is a plus, but not
required (we---re happy to train you). Essential Duties &
Responsibilities: Answers incoming phone calls and emails and
assists with orders carefully and professionally Communicate with
different divisions about inventory and incoming item status Helps
with fulfillment process Enjoys interacting with others and has a
positive attitude Takes initiative with excellent time management
skills and attention to detail Comfortable attending trade shows
and conventions Thrive in an environment that requires wearing many
hats Other duties and projects as assigned Job Types: Full-time
Work on-site in Gardena (Covid precautions taken) Casual work
appropriate attire Paid vacation and sick time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00
