Qualified person must have proven Ocean / Air Operations Coordinator experience and be able to work in a team in-office work environment at our Gardena, Los Angeles location.

Duties Include;

• AES / ACE Entries via Industry software, correct errors.
• Ocean Freight Bookings
• Create Container Load Plans
• Ensure shipments are handled correctly, shipped & delivered on-time
• Planning, scheduling and reviewing workload to ensure accuretly
• Monitor efficiency and accurency throughout timelines.
