Location: Gardena, CA -- Torrance, CA (NOT a remote position) We
specialize in brand management and proudly represent some of the
nation's biggest names in consumer electronics and wireless
services. In this role, you will be expected to perform a range of
tasks in the Store that will help achieve our Customer service and
operational goals. Responsibilities:
- Interaction inside of retailers with clients and
- Assist customers through the sales process.
- Assist customers daily with their purchases, sign-ups, and
- Facilitate in-store promotional advertising to customers.
- Open customer accounts by inputting account information.
- Communicate daily about sales and customer issues.
- Assist customers with billing, technical support or account
- Provide product and service support.
- Manage in-store relations including customer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relative work experience in any of the following roles:
- Food and beverage
- Customer service
- Brand management
- Product Representation
- Have flexible scheduling and limitations.
- Able to lift up to 10 pounds if needed.
- Must be 18 years or older.Benefits:
