Job DescriptionA Parent Partner is responsible for providing one-on-one guidance and support to families or caregivers of Intensive Service clients in a variety of environments and community settings. A Parent Partner is expected to exercise professional judgment and discretion as a significant member of the Child and Family Team (CFT). This position works under the direct supervision of the Parent Partner Supervisor or desginee.Requirements1. High school graduate or GED. 2. Must have been the parent or primary care giver (not foster parent) of a child/youth who received services from DCFS, Probation, State Regional Center, or Department of Mental Health. 3. No current open DCFS or Probation case for at least one (1) year. 4. Bilingual Spanish required.5. COVID-19 Vaccination and booster (when eligible) is required for this position. Accommodations will be considered with proof of a legal exemption.6. Must have internet, a computer with a camera, and Microsoft Office or a compatible program.7. Valid California Drivers License, good driving record, and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position.Starting hourly of $20 plus $2.00 bilingual differential plus $2.00 24/7 program differential.BenefitsExcellent benefits!
