UniUni is currently seeking a full-time IT Support Administrator to join our Technology department. This role is responsible for the daily IT support in the LA branch, USA. This position reports to the IT Director for strategic planning and works closely with each department and the branch management on day-to-day activities, including network, computer hardware, software, and security. Responsibilities: Manages, prioritizes, and executes the tickets of IT Support with Jira Provides first-level end-user remote support as well as on-site support if needed Installs, configures and maintains PC hardware, printers, and network equipment Manages and renews software licenses Maintains and monitors anti-virus software Maintains equipment inventories Maintains the CCTV systems in offices and warehouses and exports the footage if requested Escalates support requests to Level 2 for any in-depth troubleshooting/configuration Network Support - First-level support for Network devices situated on-site (Router, Switch, and WIFI, etc.) Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation through the change management process Manages and backups official confidential documents Qualifications: 2+ years' experience in IT helpdesk/support with strong problem solving skills Degree, Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering Technology or related discipline Fluent in English; Mandarin is preferred Ability to work independently and under pressure Troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Mac OS, Google Doc, OneDrive as well as computer hardware Solid understanding of networking knowledge including IPv4/IPv6, DHCP, DNS Knowledge of Accounting Systems, ERP and CRM (Salesforce) will be a plus Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS or Azure) will be a plus Location: This role is in-office. We are currently located in Gardena, CA. We will be expanding to more central cities in California in early 2023.
