The Corporate Communications Coordinator will be responsible for
the development and implementation of a range of internal and
external communications initiatives. The focus of this position is
to build the company's reputation through consumer affairs. The
individual will work in a collaborative team environment with
various departments and agency partners. This position is required
to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing
priorities and deadlines.
*Essential functions - Job Duties: The following duties are
considered essential to the job. Qualified individuals must have

*Consumer Affairs: *
* Ensure a quality experience by providing friendly, and
professional interactions with consumers.
* Answer incoming calls, emails, letters, or other correspondence
from customers who have encountered a problem with a product.
* Document complaints and provide feedback to the relevant
departments, which can lead to improvements to products and
* Support management of product liability insurance claims
including preparing response correspondence.
* Distribute weekly consumer affairs data to stakeholders and
generate a monthly report.
*Corporate Communications: *
* Support employee engagement programs in partnership with HR.
* Develop and execute communication to employees that promotes the
company mission, business strategies and operating norms.
* Support the VP during times of crisis in coordinating
communications and messaging in conjunction with our PR agency.
* Ensure that the intranet is updated on a regular basis to keep it
relevant to employees.
* Work with IT on improvements to intranet as needed.
*Supervisory Responsibilities: *None

Communications or Journalism or related and one (1) to three (3)
