The Operations Administrator is responsible for day-to-day communication with our associates as well as data entry and other operational tasks. - Specific responsibilities include auditing databases and online tools, taking inbound calls from associates, supporting the on-site team, and completing data entry projects daily. - For this position, you must present great follow-up and organizational skills. Salary: - The salary for this position is anticipated to be -$64,480 per year. -This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. -Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.   • Provide administrative support to the Account Manager and onsite team.
  • Audit attendance records. - Contact associates via telephone to follow up on attendance issues.
  • Assist associates with payroll issues, time off requests, and other tasks assigned by the Account Manager.
  • Research client databases for errors. - Identify the root cause and take action to improve the process.
  • Daily report analysis to ensure the accuracy of data entry. -Experience: - -
    • High School Diploma/GED required.
    • Customer Service experience.
    • Office Admin experience.
    • Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT, and Word).
    • Strong Customer Service and Client Relations skills.
