Job Description Position Title: Dispatcher Reports to: Service Manager Normal Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Qualifications: Interest in helping people. College preferred or equivalent experience. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently, and within a team environment. Ability to manage multiple calls and dispatch the proper technician to ensure issue resolution and total customer satisfaction. A strong ability to multitask and stay organized. Provide excellent customer service at all times. Scope of Work: The dispatcher is responsible for answering all service phone calls and emails. Properly entering information into Eautomate and collecting contact email addresses and phone numbers. Provide support to Service Technicians and Service Manager with Eautomate tasks i.e. closing calls, running reports, etc. Maintaining a clean and well-organized work environment will enable the dispatcher to provide customers an efficient and professional service experience. A smile can be heard over the phone. A positive and happy demeanor at all times is required. Truly listen to the issues being expressed by the customer and be empathetic with them. The customer is always right. It is the Dispatchers--- responsibility to know where each Technician is and what customer they are working on at all times. This is accomplished by utilizing vehicle tracking (Comet-EZ app) over the internet, Company ERP (Eautomate), and communication with the Technicians via phone, email, or text.
