Our client is looking for an organized individual who can manage others to join their team as a Food Assembly Supervisor. This position requires someone who can effectively and safely supervise food assembly production and consistently delivering on-time products and services. This opportunity offers a a pay of $20-$26/hour depending on experience and has wonderful benefits as well!. Employment Types: Temp to Hire, Full Time. Pay Rate: $20.00 - $26.00 / hour Duties: - Supervise a staff of approximately 5-8 people (per shift) engaged in food production activities - Monitoring team members to ensure standard work is followed; ensure daily tasks are carried out in a timely manner and in line with service and budget targets - Verify adherence to standards in Food Safety and ensure a safe environment - Compile KPI's to measure progress and conduct performance coaching - Train and monitor hourly staff in standard work process. Position Requirements: - Experience in manufacturing or assembly line production environment - Background supervising the work of employees - Working knowledge of manufacturing concepts like FIFO, food safety, production planning, waste control, and quality assurance - Demonstrated ability to support company initiatives - Has good verbal and written communication skills - High School Diploma or GED Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
