We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst who will be responsible for implementing, creating, and/or ensuring various software application systems are properly maintained in accordance with all regulations and association policies/procedures. What will your day look like? You will: Provide guidance and training to Help Desk Analyst staff. Responsible for Help Desk special projects and deployments. Ensure documentation is correct and kept current. Provide support for Help Desk strategic goals and initiatives. Create and assign tickets in the IT helpdesk software. Attend the IT helpdesk phone. Program and develop new screens, menu structures, and document forms in the relevant application. Consult with end-users to gather information about program needs, objectives, functions, features, and input and output requirements. Ensure updates to all programs are implemented after careful testing. Work with remote locations to ensure all updates are working successfully. Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries from end-users regarding errors, problems, or questions about programs. Train end-users to use programs. What you will need for this position: Luther Burbank Savings requires that all new employees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment, and proof of vaccination must be provided prior to the start of employment. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three years of proven experience within IT; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a working knowledge of computer systems and appropriate software applications.
