Help Desk Analyst, Mid Key Role: Provide in-depth support and lead
problem solving and implementation efforts for specific technology
products or applications. Apply specific functional knowledge,
including working and general industry knowledge. Develop or
contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope
and complexity. Work independently with some guidance, and review
or guide activities of more junior employees. Work directly with a
community of 1,000+ users, stakeholders, and clients to define and
measure reported problems in preparation for team to pick up
through resolution. Execute routine requests within standard
operating procedures. Solve complex and abstract problems within
standard operating procedures. Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience executing problem-solving methodologies
as help desk or customer service
- 3+ years of experience executing standard operating procedures
for abstract and non-physical tasks, including as a help desk
analyst, requirements analyst, or system or software tester
- 1+ years of experience with help desk tracking software such as
Jira Service Desk or ServiceNow
- 1+ years of experience in application development or the
software development life cycle
- Knowledge of application and software testing
methodologies
- Ability to communicate with clients, including both technical
and non-technical
- Ability to present issues to larger team and receive
feedback
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with React JS, C#, or .Net programming
languages
- Experience with problem-solving, troubleshooting, and
communicating application or software issues
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and
Confluence
- Ability to solve complex and abstract problems Clearance:

various factors, including but not limited to location, the
individual's particular combination of education, knowledge,
skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific
affordability and organizational requirements. The projected
compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00
(annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical
salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz
Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will
close within 90 days from the Posting Date. Work Model
