Job Description:
A company is looking for a Proposal Consultant IV to support
proposal development and management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support project and proposal managers in drafting and developing
proposals, removing barriers, and monitoring progress
Lead project management activities for proposal submissions,
including documentation, tracking milestones, and conducting
meetings
Develop complex proposal responses by collaborating with internal
subject matter experts and ensuring compliance with RFP
requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in proposal writing and project
management, with 8 years in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
At least 3 years of experience in Medicaid fee-for-service (FFS)
preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with proposal
management tools
APMP or Shipley certification preferred
