Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Development Analyst to
support its Tax Credit Syndication Business Development group.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct preliminary feasibility analysis of investment
opportunities and perform transaction modeling
Prepare investment summaries and marketing materials, and assist in
organizing investor meetings
Analyze and maintain investor relationships while managing
pipelines and coordinating due diligence needs
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of professional experience in real estate underwriting,
finance, and analysis preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics,
or Real Estate
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Prior experience with affordable housing loans or investments is a
plus
Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and
as part of a team
