Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Insights Analyst - RCA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the analysis of complex data sets to provide actionable
insights and strategic recommendations
Mentor junior analysts and act as a subject matter expert on data
analysis techniques
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical
requirements and present findings to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or business
intelligence
Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools such as
SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
Experience with data governance and data quality management
Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring teams
