Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transportation Clerk to manage
freight tracking and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
Track and trace freight for over-the-road and rail shipments using
a web-based program
Communicate and update customers through various platforms,
including direct calls and Teams messaging
Utilize critical thinking to handle, escalate, and resolve issues,
coordinating solutions as necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
Ability to work with a sense of urgency
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
