Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Room Service Call Center
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and dispatch requests in a timely and
professional manner
Process Room Service orders and educate patients on menu choices
while adhering to diet prescriptions
Monitor and manage patient meal orders, transport, and housekeeping
requests efficiently
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Related experience or education demonstrating knowledge of regular
and modified diets
Excellent communication skills
Preferred: At least six (6) months of call center experience
