Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals within the region. Lead a sales team, setting objectives, coaching, and performance tracking to ensure regional sales targets are met and exceeded. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to optimize client satisfaction and revenue growth. Analyse regional market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Prepare detailed and accurate sales forecasting and budgeting.
