Job Description:
Under general supervision, the Security Officer promotes and
maintains a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors,
team members and community. Provides general security in the
buildings and surrounding areas of the community according to the
established standards and within the assigned areas of
responsibility. May respond to general maintenance work orders
throughout the shift. Shift: Part-Time, Weekends, Variable Weekdays
as needed. 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Pay Range: $23.00 to $25.00/hr
depending on experience. Additional - $2.00/evening shift
differential, $3.00/hr overnight and weekend shift differential. To
be successful in this role, you will have: Education - High School
Diploma or equivalent Experience/Training - Prior security guard
experience preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - Guard
card preferred. Full-Time Team Members: 20 days of paid time off,
plus 7 company holidays (increases with years of service) 401(k)
